YOUTH

For Kindergarten through 2nd grade, this program and practices focus on foundational skills, motor development, and fun!

MIDDLE SCHOOL

From 3rd-6th grade development is structured through a series of Skills & Drills while fostering a love for the sport.

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

For 7th-8th grader wrestlers with basic knowledge looking to advance their technique & competitiveness in and out of their Junior High Season.

HIGH SCHOOL

Designed for 9-12th grade student-athletes that are still developing their foundational skills, their competitiveness, and deepening their love for our sport and lifestyle.

GIRLS

These Practices and Programming are designed for Girls and Young Women of all ages and abilities. The focus will be on skill development and girls-only opportunities.

COLLEGE PREP

In partnership with Hofstra & Long Island University , this program is designed for the elite high school and college-bound wrestlers.
